Add autolykos2 algorithm for ERGO mining (dev fee 2%). (Windows) Display memory junction temperature if available (can also be used with auto-fan, see --fan for details)

(Windows) Overclock setting are not restored if miner terminal is closed by clicking X button Total power consumption is not displayed when some GPUs do not report it (#516)
